You want to communicate and reach your customers with a small budget ? I recommend the newsletter. No paper and a targeted audience reached by e-mail: this is a clever choice.
But, please, avoid the 'advertising-like' newsletters which look like a product catalogue.
The solution is to write the information in a journalistic style, with a real content (editorial, feature articles, interviews and news in brief).
